I focus on delivering holistic, sustainable and "no nonsense" solutions. Using proven methods and tools I work closely with my customers to develop a tailor-made strategic plan. Once completed I roll up my sleeves to support them in the execution process.

15 years experience as the (Global) Head of Talent Acquisition for large and medium sized companies from the automotive, chemical, industrial machinery and technology industries.
5 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant for a leading international consulting firm with a focus on the consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, retail, technology and telecoms industries.
